Privacy notice

When you sign up as a signatory, we collect your first and last name, title and signature (role and organisation), email address, the link you provided for verification, a city if you chose to enter one, and a hash of your IP address.

We publish your name, title and signature publicly with the letter, but only after we have checked your submission by hand. We use your email and link only to confirm who you are and to let you know when your signature is published. The city is never published. We use the IP address hash only to prevent abuse of the form.

Your email, link, city and IP address hash are seen only by the organisers of the letter. We do not pass them on to anyone and do not use them for anything else.

We delete the email, link, city and IP address hash no later than 30 days after the election. Your public signature stays until you ask us to remove it.

To change or delete your data, or to withdraw your signature, write to [email protected]. This site does not use cookies; visitor statistics are anonymous (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
